Juan P. Espinosa - Juan serves as President & CEO of the company. Through FUTURA, L.L.C. he has helped companies raise capital for diverse projects, especially in the area of producing oil and gas royalties. He has an extensive network of contacts involved in the world of alternative investment opportunities.
He has been an active participant in the capital raising side of the energy business in the United States. He also developed a networking effort in South America through his father’s E&P Oil and Gas Consulting Company. His father served as a top executive in a well-known state oil company for over 25 years and has more than 32 years of experience in the energy business. A licensed securities broker, he maintains Series 22 and 63 Licenses from the NASD. Juan P. Espinosa was awarded a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy and Critical Thinking in May 2000 from Texas A&M University.
Danny Tabally - Danny is a partner and serves as both Alternative Markets Director & Acquisition Manager for FUTURA, L.L.C. He brings to the company an extensive knowledge of natural resource markets and the correlation between alternative investments and the overall equity market.
As Alternative Markets Director & Acquisition Manager he analyzes current and future projects for FUTURA, L.L.C. against a backdrop of pertinent information such as price volatility, reward/risk ratios, production figures, and asset allocation strategies. Using the strict acquisition criteria set forth by FUTURA, L.L.C. He also negotiates prices and terms for all of FUTURA, L.L.C.'s acquisitions. Formerly a licensed securities broker, he maintained Series 7, 3, and 63 Licenses from the NASD and NFA. He has been involved in both the Oil and Gas and Financial industries for over 7 years.
Thomas E. Fenlon - Thomas is in charge of investor relations for FUTURA, L.L.C. He is a graduate in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. In 1980 he entered the oil patch as a salesman of oil field supplies, and for the last ten years he has been actively involved in the successful funding of multiple oil and gas offerings.
